In the age of digital marketing, it might seem counterintuitive to consider using traditional methods like direct mail. However, B2B direct mail remains a powerful marketing tool that can be used to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
During my career, I created and managed the production and execution of 8 direct mail campaigns with sales of over 1 mil eur.
I selected the contact list of recipients, communicated with the designer, and created a master copy. This was translated into the local languages, proofread and sent for print production.
Many times, I added a short survey at the end of the direct mail to find out more information about our customers and see if there is an interest in the product.
The customers could reply to the direct mail using various channels from which the information was gathered and turned into the leads.
I am glad I could master this niche skill in the digital world and prove to myself and management that it brings the desired outcomes.
