Associate Professor in the Department of Education at the University of Córdoba. PhD in Pedagogy from the University of Seville. Degree in Educational Sciences, awarded the First National Prize by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
For the past 20 years, he has taught courses on Didactic Planning and Educational Attention to Diversity. He is currently the Principal Investigator of the R&D&I Project “Key teaching competences for the prevention of students’ antisocial cyber-behaviors in Secondary Education” (PID2021-124180OB-100), funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation.
His research career is reflected in more than 100 publications, including high-impact international journals (over 30 JCR articles, more than 10 in Q1), as well as books and book chapters (in prestigious publishers such as Springer, Pirámide, and Octaedro). With a normalized impact score of 4.08.
He has delivered over 50 invited lectures each year at universities both within and outside Spain. He has carried out research stays at numerous foreign universities. Visiting Professor at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom), and Visiting Fellow at Wolfson College. Member of the Violence Research Centre (University of Cambridge). Advisor to Cambridge Assessment International Education (University of Cambridge) on the evaluation of schools worldwide.
PhD. MERCEDES ÁLAMO

Assistant Professor at University of Cordoba. PhD and Degree in Psychopedagogy from the University of Córdoba. She has with over 1,000 hours of formal teaching in the Bachelor’s programs in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education at the University of Córdoba, having obtained a three-year teaching experience recognition. She has served as academic tutor for more than 100 students.
She has participated in various teaching innovation projects and currently co-directs the innovation project titled “First contacts of future teachers with the educational reality: implementation of professional competences.” Her research lines focus on inclusive education, diversity, and teacher training, among others, producing publications in high-impact journals and books (WOS, SCOPUS, and SPI), as well as contributions to national and international conferences.
She currently participates as a team member in the R&D&I Project “Key teaching competences for the prevention of students’ antisocial cyber-behaviors in Secondary Education” (PID2021-124180OB-100), funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation. She is certified as a university expert in research and university teaching.
She has served as a member of scientific and organizing committees for various conferences and is part of the editorial review teams of several scientific journals.
PhD. Mariano Núñez Flores

Teaching Assistant at University of Cordoba. PhD in Education from the University of Cordoba. Graduate in Primary Education from the University of Córdoba. He holds a Master’s Degree in Inclusive Education from the University of Córdoba. He has received several research initiation scholarships and has presented contributions at conferences, seminars, and workshops.
He is an FPU (Formación de Profesorado Universitario) research contract holder in the Department of Education, Area of Didactics and School Organization, at the University of Córdoba (FPU20/05802, Scholarships for University Teacher Training, Ministry of Universities, Government of Spain). He is an active member of several national and regional research projects, notably the national R&D&I Project “Key teaching competences for the prevention of students’ antisocial cyber-behaviors in Secondary Education” (PID2021-124180OB-100).
His research focuses on the study of the personal and pedagogical characteristics of teachers that can prevent cyberhate among adolescents. His main scientific goal is to contribute evidence-based knowledge to improve interpersonal relationships among young people.
PhD. ANTONIO L. GONZÁLEZ GÓMEZ

Member of the Primary Education teaching body, specialized in Physical Education, at the Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
PhD in Education from the University of Córdoba (Spain).
He conducts research on the implementation of competency-based curricula and innovative methodologies that contribute to the development of competencies in Primary Education. The results of his research have led to the creation of “Cyclical Participatory Learning”, a new teaching method that promotes the development of key competencies, particularly demonstrated in linguistic communication and socio-emotional and moral competencies, disseminated in high-impact publications.

Since 1991, she has been an English teacher for secondary and high school students, having worked at various secondary education institutes (IES) in the province of Córdoba. She currently holds a permanent position at IES “Fernando III el Santo” in Priego de Córdoba.

She collaborates with the University of Córdoba in the research line related to “Teacher Training”, aiming to measure the impact on student learning through methodological change. As a neuroeducator, she contributes to teacher training and works with different associations and parent schools.
PhD. JUAN CARLOS VARO MILLÁN

PhD in Education from the University of Córdoba. Degree in Psychopedagogy from the Open University of Catalonia and Diploma in Teaching with a specialization in Foreign Language (English). Honorary collaborator at the University of Córdoba, teaching the course “Uses and Varieties of English” in the 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 academic years, and the course “Public Speaking: Didactic Skills for Communication” in the 2013/2014, 2014/2015, and 2015/2016 academic years. Member of the Spanish Society of Comparative Education (SEEC) since 2014.
He contributes to the development of publications and research at national and international levels. Reviewer for the journal Perfiles Educativos, indexed in high-impact databases such as SCOPUS. Career civil servant of the teaching body since 2005, specializing in English. Certified to teach in the United Kingdom with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) obtained in the 2003/2004 academic year in London (UK).

FPU research contract holder in the Department of Education at the University of Córdoba. Graduate in Primary Education with a specialization in Physical Education, holding three official Master’s Degrees: Master’s in Research in Physical Activity and Sport from the University of Granada; Master’s in Supervision, Evaluation, and Management of Educational Centers and Programs from the University of Córdoba; and Master’s in Special Educational Needs and Attention to Diversity in Schools from the University of Seville.
After completing several scientific and research-oriented Master’s programs, he joined the Research Group Design, Development, and Curricular Innovation in the Area of Physical Education Didactics (Code: HUM727) at the University of Granada through a collaboration contract to work on the R&D&I Project “Asymmetries and Body Composition in School Age: Impact on Sports Learning and Health (ASYMESCOLAR)”, awarded in 2019 and funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (PID2019-110074GB-100).
He also held a project-based contract at the University of Córdoba with the Research Group LIEDU: Laboratory for Educational Research (Code: SEJ-664) to participate in the PAIDI Project “The Role of Teachers as a Protective Factor Against Cyberhate, Cyberbullying, and Dating Cyberviolence among Secondary Education Students”, awarded to Prof. Dr. Vicente J. Llorent in 2021 and funded by the Ministry of Economic Transformation, Industry, Knowledge and Universities of the Regional Government of Andalusia (P20_00526).
He is currently conducting research and developing studies related to the promotion of socio-emotional competences and the prevention of students’ antisocial cyber-behaviors within this project. Additionally, he has participated as a team member in six research projects and one teaching innovation project.
