Learning Management System and Technology Support

In order to provide a consistent online learning venue for families, the district is implementing Canvas for the 2020-2021 school year. Canvas is a robust LMS that gives all stakeholders (teachers, administrators, students, families) flexibility in deploying and tracking online training and learning initiatives.

Within Canvas, there are many ways to set up the look of your courses. The district will provide a course template for you, but you are able to customize your course. Please see this document that explains parameters for course templates.

There are a number of synchronous and asynchronous professional development opportunities and technology resources available from the Integrated Technology Department for your support found at the P-CCS Digital Teaching Hub.
