Goals

Find an accounting internship in the tax or audit field within the next year, so that I can get an internship in the summer of 2028 right before finding a job for more experience in my field.

Learn how to ride a motorcycle in the next 2 to 3 years so that I can get my motorcycle license by the age of 24. After doing so I will also buy a Yamaha R3 black motorcycle in cash with money I have saved up from internships and part-time jobs. 

Travel to Spain in 4 years  and learn more about their culture, lifestyle, food, and events they may have to offer. I will start by trying to save 100 dollars each check from right now to the time where I will buy my plane ticket there.

Receive a job offer to an accounting firm for the role of a tax accoutant in the next two years so that I have a job right out of graduation and I will achieve this by getting internship experience and adding relevant information to my resume.

Earn a six-figure salary as an accountant seven years into my field because of my experience and contributions to the firm that I work in. I will do this by constantly delivering in all my tasks and helping out my team.

Start my own accounting firm in my 30's. I want to do this because I believe that I can help small businesses and individuals with their accounting needs. I will do this by building a network and attaining any licenses and permits I may need.

Dedicate at least one day a month to volunteering at Hesed House in Aurora. I have always seen this homeless shelter and pass through it when driving to downtown Aurora. I want to donate my time and help to distrubuting food and resources in there.

Donate money and resources towards organizations in the Barsema Hall. The main reason I chose to go to NIU is because they have a great college of business and an amazing accounting program. After, graduating I would love to give back to it and to future alumni.
