住院醫師訓練期間: 2018/8 ~ 2021/7

林文湛醫師因「小動物呼吸胸腔心肺內科研究與臨床訓練-畢業後醫學訓練計劃」加入團隊，於2018/8 ~ 2021/7 三年期間進行住院醫師訓練，並參與科技部研究計畫以及全時的呼吸胸腔心肺科臨床醫療工作。林文湛醫師的訓練比照美國與歐洲獸醫內科醫學會及人類醫學次專科之訓練標準，持續累積小動物呼吸與心血管系統疾病的專科醫療知識及臨床經驗、參與臨床教學奉獻、進行可實際臨床應用以提昇醫療水準之研究、並持續於國際性專科會議發表研究成果進行國際交流。

林文湛醫師訓練期間專業水準受到國際肯定之成果，包括於國際性學術研討會(歐洲獸醫內科醫學會、美國獸醫內科醫學會、國際獸醫呼吸比較疾病學會)累積四次發表記錄，其中三項為第一作者身份，其關於肺超音波掃描在二尖瓣退化疾病小型犬受到下呼吸道疾病影響之臨床研究，在2020年以第一作者身份榮獲歐洲獸醫內科醫學會選為內科之最佳壁報論文獎；訓練期間共計發表了兩篇臨床研究原著論文 (1篇共同作者，1篇第一作者)，均刊登於獸醫學排名Q1之期刊，其主要研究成果以第一作者身份，於2022年4月獲接受發表於Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine，對容易同時罹患心臟病與支氣管呼吸疾病的小型犬具有重大意義。

AiCVIM專科醫師考試路徑Candidate：
       於AiCVIM尚未開啟註冊程序之前已完成類似的嚴格住院醫師訓練計畫、提供所有訓練案例日誌、臨床學術著作等訓練歷程記錄者，因依照目前AiCVIM規章在2024七月前的紀錄無法計入認證期間，此Candidate在完成認證過程的同時，將參與臨床服務、研究和教學活動，作為獸醫學生和資淺住院醫師教育的臨床導師；並依時程參與專科醫師考試，完成認證程序。

陳麒如醫師為小動物呼吸胸腔心肺科住院醫師，同時兼任part-time研究與教學人員，在團隊參與多項工作，進行「小動物呼吸胸腔心肺科研究與臨床訓練-畢業後住院醫師訓練計劃」之三年期臨床專科訓練，接受次專科醫療與臨床研究之整合訓練，同時全程投入團隊研究計畫與呼吸胸腔心肺科的臨床醫療工作與教學活動，學習將研究資源與臨床工作、臨床教學緊密結合，充份將有限資源做最大發揮，以研究成果輔助追求更棒的臨床醫療與教學。
Residency training in small animal respiratory & cardiovascular medicine on Integrated Cardiorespiratory Clinical Care (Post-Graduate Residency Training Program)

Chi-Ru (Roo) Chen is a PGY resident in Small Animal Respiratory Medicine/Integrated Cardiorespiratory Care. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and was granted a residency training and clinical research award from TACS-Alliance Research Center in 2022. Roo is currently involved in the training program under the categorical training track of small animal internal medicine at National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital and allied specialty networks, which mainly focus on the subspecialty of respiratory and cardiovascular medicine. Aside from her residency training, Roo also engages part-time in a research project supported by National Science and Technology Council, Taiwan. She’s especially interested in the application of digital stethoscopes in small animal respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. With her passion for her beloved dog and all the other small animals, Roo is dedicated to providing high-quality care to her patients and advancing the field of veterinary medicine through research.

張偉韜醫師因「小動物呼吸胸腔心肺內科研究與臨床訓練-畢業後醫學訓練計劃」加入團隊，於2021/8 ~ 2024/7 三年期間進行住院醫師訓練，並參與國科會研究計畫以及全時的呼吸胸腔心肺科臨床醫療工作。張偉韜醫師的訓練比照美國與歐洲獸醫內科醫學會及人類醫學次專科之訓練標準，持續累積小動物呼吸與心血管系統疾病的專科醫療知識及臨床經驗、參與臨床教學奉獻、進行可實際臨床應用以提昇醫療水準之研究、並持續於國際性專科會議發表研究成果進行國際交流。

張偉韜醫師訓練期間專業水準受到國際肯定之成果，包括於每年持續以第一作者身份於各重要國際性學術研討會進行口頭報告與其他臨床研究發表 (歐洲獸醫內科醫學會、美國獸醫內科醫學會、國際獸醫呼吸比較疾病學會、美國心臟超音波學會)，在2022年榮獲歐洲獸醫內科醫學會選為內科之壁報論文三獎，於2024年獲美國心臟超音波學會ASE基金會頒發為2024年度年輕研究群頂尖研究員之一的榮譽。訓練期間持續發表多篇臨床研究原著論文並刊登於獸醫學排名Q1之期刊，其各項研究成果對於推進小動物犬貓心肺醫療的進步具有極重大意義。

黃柏堯醫師加入團隊以Alternative pathway接受「小動物呼吸胸腔心肺科住院醫師訓練」，並將於2025年7月進入AiCVIM內科專科住院醫師訓練計畫。

黃柏堯醫師訓練期間除參與團隊研究計畫與呼吸胸腔心肺科的臨床醫療工作與教學活動，特別是重症加護呼吸器支持以及超音波相關的臨床專業。 黃柏堯醫師訓練期間並於重要國際性學術研討會(國際獸醫呼吸比較疾病學會)以第一作者身份進行口頭報告，分享胸腔超音波之橫膈超音波對肺功能輔助判斷之新穎臨床應用；訓練期間並以第一作者身份發表重要臨床病例報告於國際獸醫學臨床期刊，提出一種與多數獸醫文獻中記錄種別不同之肺蟲於貓造成感染導致氣胸的首度正式醫療報告，並經由該案例首次記錄肺蟲相關病變的肺臟胸腔超音波影像特徵，為未來的呼吸心肺專業醫療建立重要參考資訊。

Younjung (Kelly) Chang was born and raised in South Korea and acquired DVM degree at National Taiwan University in 2022. She received an award for clinical research and training from TACS-Alliance Research Center in 2022. Kelly participated in clinical research and short-term training on small animal respiratory and cardiovascular medicine during Aug 2022 - February 2023. She studied basic knowledge of clinical trial, echocardiography, and cardiovascular/respiratory diseases. During this period, she worked with her colleagues in Clinical Service of Respiratory Medicine & Integrated Cardiorespiratory Care at National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital and allied specialty networks. Her clinical research focused on reviewing cases of aortic insufficiency, discovering the underlying cause and consequence associated with non-infectious and non-congenital cases. Apart from her career, she loves learning foreign languages and can speak Chinese, English and Spanish besides her mother tongue, Korean. Using her language skill, she enjoys traveling around the world and broadening her view. Currently she is learning art to capture beautiful moments on her sketchbook while traveling or in her everyday life.
