We implement a project with its partners from the Czech Republic, Germany and Croatia as part of the Erasmus+ program "Technical Innovations in Theory and Practice". Thanks to the improvement of the pandemic situation, we managed to organize the first mobility for teaching staff. We welcomed teachers and masters from all partner countries to the school grounds.
Mobility took place as a combination of a professional conference and testing of project results so far.
The project is devoted to the creation of 4 intellectual outputs. The first focuses on the analysis of the labor market and the needs of regional employers. In the preparation and verification of this output, we worked closely with regional employers, the labor office, graduates as well as the founder with the Slovak Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Participants as well as external experts analyzed and compared the needs of employers with school educational programs. We also analyzed the cooperation between schools and employers, as well as the possibilities of harmonizing the needs of the labor market with the determination of the performance plan by the founder. An important part was also a panel discussion with school graduates, primarily from the point of view of the analysis of educational standards with real competencies for entering the labor market, or establishing a business in the studied area.
Two outputs focus on the creation of curricula and educational materials suitable for formal and informal education. As part of this activity, we collaborated with important regional employers such as the Faculty of Technology of the Technical University in Zvolen. In addition, the participants attended open classes, where the outputs created by the students of the Business Academy and Secondary Vocational School were tested.
The project will continue at the end of the school year, when the partners will meet at a multinational project meeting in Jena.
