Representatives of all project partners took part in the transnational project meeting, which took place in the Oselce Primary and Secondary School.
At the beginning, we focused on the control of tasks and compliance with the planned schedule. We also addressed the financial aspects of the project.
The program of the meeting was divided into 3 basic parts. In the first part, we focused on the finalization of output O1, which was focused on the analysis of the labor market and cooperation between schools and employers. The output made it possible to compare the economic situation of the involved countries and regions as well as the requirements for professional education in individual countries. It also includes several surveys among pupils and graduates.
In the next part, we devoted ourselves to the analysis of two mobility meetings that took place at partners in Durdevac and Třemošnici. The meetings were held in order to evaluate the project outputs. They contributed to their successful implementation. Partners will be able to use all outputs in their educational process. During the mobility in the Croatian Durdevac, the teachers could test the curricula as well as several teaching aids prepared by their colleagues involved in the creation of intellectual outputs. Pupil mobility in Třemošnica served primarily to test career counseling tools and to connect education at its individual levels. Mobility was part of the Science and Technology Week. Pupils of individual partner schools first prepared a program as part of joint activities and then presented it to pupils of the local primary school. The mobility also included interesting lectures and excursions as well as workshops aimed at entering the workforce.
At the end of the meeting, we finalized the remaining outputs and selected suitable parts of the outputs for testing during the student mobility, which will take place in 2023 in Durdevac. We focus on the area of human resource management within economic professions and pneumatic systems for technical professions.
In addition to workshops and discussions about the project's outputs, we had a tour of the Bohemia Sekt and Škoda Transportation companies, including a discussion about the company's needs and dual education.
The cultural program included a city tour and a visit to traditional Christmas markets.
