Třemošnice 06/2023

Representatives of all project partners took part in the transnational project meeting, which was held at the Vocational school in  Třemošnice.

At the beginning, we focused on the control of tasks and compliance with the planned schedule. We also addressed the financial aspects of the project.

The program of the meeting was divided into 4 basic parts. In the first part, we focused on finalizing all outputs, checking them, unifying the design, adding missing parts and updating. We processed the final version, we solved technical problems in the case of opening and editing files. The partners defined the ways in which they will use the outputs in their own teaching process, how they will incorporate them in their own organization and how they will disseminate them in their own region.

In the next part, we devoted ourselves to the analysis of individual educational activities. Their course, contribution and, above all, the results of the assessment of students and participants from the use of outputs during mobilities were evaluated. Educational activities primarily served the preparation of outputs and their ongoing evaluation. The partners obtained materials for the use and adaptation of outputs for their own education.

The third part belonged to the dissemination of results, evaluation and preparation of the final conference. The partners agreed on the final program of the conference, which will be held on June 20 in Slovakia.

At the end of the meeting, 2 excursions took place in companies where students do professional practice. These are the companies DAKO CZ and Kovolis Hedvikov. In addition to the excursion, there was also a discussion about practical education and education of pupils and teaching staff in educational areas that were the subject of the project and which schools are unable to fully implement in their own conditions. Added value was the presence of a significant employer of Slovak partners - Slavia Produktion Systems.

The cultural program included a tour of the capital city of Prague.
