When people die it is always a tragedy.

The funeral ritual helps the relatives to overcome it.

According to the Russian tradition the funerals are only on the third day after the death.

All the relatives wear black clothes.

Most families invite a priest.

Before the funeral people arrive at the house where the guy lived and remember the way he/ she was.

After that they go to the cemetery, put the coffin into the grave and cry.

After the funeral they arrange a reception to remember the gone person.

At this funeral reception people eat special food, adults usually drink vodka, children eat candy.

Funeral receptions are arranged 3 times: the day of the funeral, on the 9th and 40th day).

Once a year there is a parent day. when relatives go to the grave and clean it.

They bring flowers and some food and drink-
