2nd Sem FDOC Refreshment & Snacks

The First day of class refreshments and snacks was one of the most fun, but nerve racking, things we pulled off. The logistics of this event was surprisingly hard as well as financially tough. However, we knew it was something we wanted to do. 

The FDOC event, was created to brighten peoples day and make the first day of their spring classes start on a strong leg. We wanted to spread love in the way we know best.

On the financial side of things, we had to figure out what we wanted our budget to be. We came to a budget of around $200 which seemed like a good budget to us. We got water, chips, soda, and even that morning tried to make hot chocolate.

The toughest part about the logistics of the whole event, was how do we carry $200 worth of drinks and snacks, plus an attempt to make 2 gallons of hot chocolate and to get to the middle of campus by 7 AM. So we worked out butts off, woke up way too early, and got out to the middle of campus by 7:15 AM for a super successful event.

After hanging out till around 8 we packed up and then went back out on campus around 2 to finish up the party.
