You need to complete an E2 health check.

First, you should choose a hospital from the list of approved hospitals. At some places you can walk in, but it's probably best to make an appointment.

You will need to fast before the health check so it's best to go in the morning.

I recommend 동의 hospital near City Hall. 

Prepare 1 or 2 passport-style photos to bring with you. 

Also make sure you bring your ARC!

The health check will include:

• Questions about your health (e.g. do you smoke?)

• Blood pressure, height and weight as well as some body measurements

• Simple hearing and vision tests

• Blood and urine tests

• X-ray

(This is for 동의 hospital - other hospitals may include other tests but mostly they'll follow this)

NOTE: You will not be able to do the health check if you are on your period!

You'll pay around 80,000-100,000 won for this test, depending on the hospital.

You should get your results in around a week or so.

You might want to ask to take a picture of your results before they are sealed. 

Sometimes they will give you a free copy of your results for your own records.

You should give the sealed results to Eunice. You can usually go in person or send them via post. (Or apparently give them to her during renewal meetings) 

Do NOT open the envelope!
