If you do not have access to NEIS, the easiest way to get your payslip would be to ask your coteacher and/or the administration office. They may even give you a copy in English!
If you have access to NEIS, log in and go to the 급여 section. Then click 나의지급명세서. Choose the month you want and click 조회. If the administration office has uploaded your payslip for that month, it should appear on the screen. If there's a pop up message, it's most likely saying that they haven't uploaded it yet.
기본급: Base pay
순회수당: Multiple Schools Allowance
기타수당: Other Allowance (Including housing)
급여총액: Total Pay
소득세: Tax
지방소득세: Regional Tax
세금총액: Total Tax
실수령액: Total you can expect to receive after all deductions
*Sometimes the words can be slightly different, so if this is the case don't be alarmed.
In some schools they will not deduct tax monthly. Instead, the year's tax amount will be calculated during the Year-End settlement in January and you will be expected to pay this in February (I think). If you'd prefer the school deducts it monthly instead, talk to the administration office.
건강보험: Health Insurance
노인장기요양보험: Long-term Care Insurance (Not exactly sure what this is, I just consider it part of health insurance)
국민연금: National Pension
고용보험: Unemployment Insurance - (If you are on an F visa, this is compulsory. If you are on an E2, it's optional but kinda pointless as if you lost your job you'd also be deported and wouldn't be able to claim).
NOTE ON DEDUCTIONS:
There are a couple of times a year when you'll notice other categories appear in the deductions column. The first is the 연말정산소득세 and 연말정산지방소득세. These are the Year-End Tax Settlements. If they are in the negative, you'll be receiving more money. If they are in the positive, they will be deducted from your paycheck. These usually appear in the February paycheck.
The second is the 건강보험연말정산 and 장기요양보험연말정산. These are the Year-End Health Insurance Settlements. They'll usually appear in the April paycheck.
