Weapons Amendment and Vehicle Purchase Section
1.a: Nordiheim agrees to an amendment to the old agreement were Lavia was given license permission to domestically produce the 'MG Mk.1E'.
1.b: Lavia will now be allowed the license permission to domestically produce the newer and improved 'MG Mk.2' of both the 'L' and 'M' variants.
1.c: Lavia will pay Nordiheim an annual amount based on the number of 'MG Mk.2' produced by them.
1.d: Lavia will not be allowed to sell, give or donate the 'MG Mk.2' to other nations without first getting permission from the council of Nordiheim with the exception of active members of the EEHP.
2.a: Nordiheim will buy 100 units of the military vehicle MRAV Cougar(6x6) together with spare parts for the vehicles from the Lavian company Ijesa Dynamics for $160,000,000.
2.b: Lavia agrees to allow Nordiheim easy access to purchase additional units of the MRAV Cougar 6x6, spare/replacement parts, additional armaments, non-standard items, and technician training pertaining to the vehicles.
2.c: Nordiheim will not be allowed to sell, give or donate any MRAV Cougar(6x6) to other nations without first getting permission from the Lavian government with the exception of active members of the EEHP.

Resource Section
3.a: Nordiheim opens its resource market for Coal and Uranium to Lavia for them to buy these recourses with currency of equal value from the large Nordiheimian mining company 'Vestland Gruver N.A.S.'
3.b: Lavia opens its resource market for Oil to Nordiheim for them to buy these recourses with currency of equal value from the Lavian oil companies 'Puy-Dôme Petrochemicals' and 'CaneCantal'.
3.c: The Value of the Coal, Uranium and Oil will be based on world market prices that will be agreed on in quarterly intervals together with the quantities of each resource.

Civilian Section
4.a: Both nations markets shall become open to each other for the flow and trade of general goods, luxury goods and services to encourage economic growth and prosperity.

4.c: Lavia will be allowed to buy from Nordiheim's large range of fish, fruit and exotic fruits both in processed food products and as raw produce/ingredients.
4.d: Nordiheim will be permitted to buy Lavias high quality Natural Latex for use in its industries.
4.e: Neither nation are allowed to place tariffs or special taxes on goods or services from the other nation without both nations coming together to discuss and reach a mutual agreement of understanding and consent.

4: Italian-Dutch agrees to purchase 1,000 units of the C51/LLRS-13 13.2mm antimaterial rifle from the Lavian company Odera Firearms.

1.a: The ULR agrees to sell Hydronia 6 frigates, 2 cruisers, 2 Chimera 6000N aircraft, and 4 Chimera 6000S aircraft from the Lavian military.
1.b: Lavia will deliver these vehicles within the time limit of one month after the deal is signed.
1.c: The ships that will be sold are as follows: The cruisers ULS Hannigan and ULS Warfeild, along with the frigates ULS Orbson, ULS Valli, ULS Carter, ULS Belafonte, ULS Douglass, and ULS Croce.
2: Hydronia will pay the ULR the equivalent of $450,000,000 in either reserve currency, strategic resources, other exports, or gold.
3: Lavia agrees to allow Hydronia easy access to purchase additional items, spare/replacement parts, additional armaments, non-standard items, ammunition, and technician training pertaining to the tiems sold under this agreement.
4: Hydronia will not be able to sell, donate, or otherwise allow any nation to operate the naval assets outlined in this deal by any nation outside of THEP or the EEHP, and will not allow the nuclear air assets outlined in this deal to be sold, donated, or otherwise allow any nation to operate such assets outside the EEHP.

4.d: The value of the Lithium and Uranium will be based on global market prices, ensuring purchases are fair and prices adjust to market demand and supply.

4.d: The Tartakan government will provide all housing, non-specialized vehicles, and transportation needed by Lavian engineers and required specialized workers free of charge for the length of the venture.
4.e: A profit split of 55:45 between the Lavian firms and the Tartakan government, improving the Tartakan budget.
4.f: A minimum revenue guarantee of $60,000,000 will be established for this venture.Â

Military Training and Donation Section
3.a: Lavian military experts will help train Tartakan recruits and improve tactics.

3.c: The Tartakan airforce will be allowed to purchase 10 units of the Manzatron Soldier Ant for a price of $8m, with the Lavian government paying the rest of the cost for the aircraft.
3.d: The Tartakan and Lavian militaries will be able to participate in joint exercises, improving readiness of both nations.Â
5: Lavia agrees to allow Tartakum easy access to purchase additional items, spare/replacement parts, additional armaments, non-standard items, ammunition, and technician training pertaining to the items sold or donated under this agreement.
6: Italian-Dutch will not be allowed to sell, give, or donate any items sold under this agreement without permission of the Lavian Government.

4.a: Signatory states will be allowed to purchase military equipment from the Lavian Military or Lavian manufactures, and vice versa.
4.b: Nations which purchase Lavian military equipment from either sources will be ensured easy access to purchase additional items, spare/replacement parts, additional armaments, non-standard items, ammunition, and technician training pertaining to the items sold or donated under this agreement, and vice versa.
4.c: Signatory states which have purchased Lavian military equipment under this agreement will not be allowed to sell, give, or donate any equipment without permission of the Lavian Government, and vice versa.
Violation of the Agreement
5.a: Lavia or a signatory party will have the right to terminate this agreement if either nations do the following:
- Deny access to resources, purchases, or other items purchased in deals made through this agreement.
- Send aid to, supply, or in any way support enemies of either nations such as terrorist groups, pirates, or other anti-state actors.
- Take or declare hostile action or intent against the other signatory of this agreement.
- Reproduce intellectual property included in the exchange of this agreement without the purchase of the aforementioned permission from the parent company beforehand.
The First Procurement Deal

1.c: The Second Flousech Republic will pay Lavia an annual amount based on the number of parts produced by them.
1.d: Lavia agrees to allow The Second Flousech Republic easy access to purchase spare/replacement parts, additional armaments, non-standard items, and technician training pertaining to the aircraft, as well as production equipment pertaining to the aircraft parts mentioned in this deal.

1.b: The Second Flousech Republic will pay Lavia an annual amount based on the number of parts produced by them.
