She has stepped up to the captain’s role with ease, keeping the team energy positive and focussed. She always has something positive to add to every team discussion, and is really vocal on court. This player is always laughing and keeping the vibe light and breezy, which helps to remind the team that having fun is the most important part of the game.

Most Consistent Player
After joining UC this year; this player hit the ground running from the very first training session. She’s constantly reflecting on the way she plays, never shying away from asking questions from the coach or her teammates. She takes on feedback and immediately implements it on court, making sure that she is elevating team play in the process. She has a perpetually positive attitude, even in stressful situations. She keeps her cool and always has fun on court. Her growth this season has been phenomenal.

Player of the Year
This player has worked tirelessly during training and games, and has pushed herself at every whistle. She keeps her cool in tough defensive situations, and always backs other players on court without hesitation. She has put her body on the line while on the hunt for the ball many times, and does it with a smile on her face. She plays calculated, purposeful netball and has been an integral asset to our defensive lineup.
