PLAYERS PLAYER: MANUHAEA MAMARU-O'REGAN

By team nomination, Team M’s choice for players player for 2025 is Manuhaea Mamaru O’Regan. On and off the netball Court, Manuhaea has shown great dedication from the very first game. By jumping in to referee a game for another player in the team. This is the kind of sportsmanship that both the team and coaches noticed from the start of the season. Her ability to interact with the rest of the team is exactly the characteristics that make her a great captain.

Your leadership inspires many and will continue to grow with the roles you take up.

MOST CONSISTENT PLAYER: BRIANNA TAYLOR

Brianna Taylor has been a powerhouse on court this season, showing outstanding skill, determination, and consistency in every game. Her ability to stay composed under pressure, make smart decisions, and bring out the best in her teammates has been key to the team’s success. These smart decisions have been vital to the defence and turning over the ball for team M.  Brianna led by example for the UC Club and gave 100% every time she stepped on court

Manu O’Regan has delivered an exceptional season, showing skill, strength, and unwavering determination in every game. Her ability to read the play, control the court, and lift those around her made her an invaluable asset to the team. Manu’s consistency, leadership, and passion for the game set her apart, and she truly deserves the title of Player of the Year.
