Te Ture or Disclaimer is a form of agreement between the customer, client, buyer or student that applies in any measure of Messenger, text, phone call, email or other app source and only the deposit holds your spot. You are encouraged to fill in the Registration online (TBC). Workshop or Wananga set up in this website allows the communications be fluid, honest and respected.
Hauora Proposals
Will provide their own registration allowing the participates to be part of such wananga or workshop. This is not the responsibility of the deliver or kaikauhau or the Tuwhenuakura Trust. All resources are the responsibility of the Host and not the deliver/kaikauhau of the Tuwhenuakura Trust.

Paid Fee
A. Each Fee has a deposit of $150 (Te Po Weherua) or $100 (Te Ao Weherua) non-refundable/reimbursement if the person withdraws his/her name from the registration or list. Deposit (non-refundable) holds your spot in the list.
Responsibility of the Individual and Host
Clothing
Please prepare for all different types of weather as weather is sometimes unpredictable. Warm Clothing, shoes/boots/gumboots and anything else you need to cover the weather change.
Tikanga
Each hapu has their own field of tikanga towards tupapaku and I encourage you to seek guidance from your kaumātua or leader of your hapu to provide advice toward hapūtanga etc. Our kaupapa will not take any responsibility if you fail to find guidance within your own hapu or whanau if anything happens during the Wananga or Workshop or aftermath thereafter.
Hauora
If you come under the hauora provider who has given the proposal, then you must upheld the procedure or guidelines of such Hauora Provider. This also goes with other group proposals.
Location
These things cannot be helped if the venue has to be changed at short notice but not moved more than 20kms from the original venue.
List for Te Ao Weherua
This workshop is set around Harvesting and Preparing and making the products/Kete Rongā towards Tupapakurau. Locations will be given four weeks prior to the day.
List for Te Po Weherua
Toiletries and Bedding is important. Manuka Log x 1 and garden gloves. Hapu proposals are responsible for all catering of basic foods to their own venue. I will explain more through our communications.
Basic catering is provided, and you are encouraged to add to the catering as in koha kai. "Nōu te rourou, nōku te rourou ka ora ai tatou"

FORCE MAJEURE
References to a 'force majeure' event are generally used to mean 'unexpected circumstances outside a contracting party's reasonable control that, having arisen, prevent it from performing its contractual obligations'.
