External (Funded) proposals (Outside of Gisborne region)

Your proposal should be as follows:

Fee per adult (16+) NZ$350.00 nonnegotiable

plus, kms to & from. 174 Kaitara South Road, Te Karaka to venue and return. $1.50 per km.

All External proposals are responsible for financing the catering and accommodation to cover the requirements of the whole noho wananga.

Minimum of 25 adults to maximum (NEGOCIATED) at one Wananga per approved date. Please go to Nga Kete Korero and Wananga Dates Available for further information please OR your dates are negotiable.

My attendance will be myself and my Angels on my Foton White Van which has bed inside. All proposals will need to provide a safe space to accommodate my 4 spiritual animals run & wharepaku (Rednose dogs - Red Te Whero age 10, Taimana Healer age 8, MyMeaLady age 3 & Riki-Rocky (Whippet) age 3.

Reminder: That your Proposal is responsible to provide the students or tauira numbers. If the proposal given states 20 people they you as the organisor will need to pay given the agreement between myself and you to pay in full of the 20 persons. Regardless that less than 20 persons attend on the Wananga. Again, it is your Proposal that I will be agreeing to and not the later.

Fee per Adult (16+) NZ$470.00 non negotiable

Catering $100pp

Accommodation $70pp

Total: NZ$470 per person/adult.

Internal by proposal TE PO WEHERUA: Request to come into my space.

Additional Costs to $400 pp.

Includes Catering and marae/accommodation.

Resource requirements by you: Per person is 1 x bucket, 1 x mini shovel, 3 x Jar.

DUE TO RELOCATING WHENUA IN 2024 I AM UNABLE TO RUN THESE WAANANGA.

WORKSHOP by invitation to Introduce the Kaupapa. 3 hour workshop.

Tupapakurau Rongā $1200 per workshop. Plus Accommodation and Meals ($500 minimum unless provided by the funder.)

What is my introduction to Tupapakurau Rongā?

Introduce myself and the arrival of Tupapakurau Rongā.
Will use some of my Master's degree to deliver via PowerPoint and possibly video.
Conclude with audience discussion and questions.

Note: if the workshop is away more than 3 hour travel then the workshop will be raised to include the travel/meals and Accommodation.

PROPOSAL INVOICES ARE TO CLEARED FIVE WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO STARTING THE WANANGA/WORKSHOP.
