  2. Inspection in July. dinged on a bonding wire and gauges. bonding corrected. Gauges need to be repaired. Need to look into plumbing and new gauges
  3. Beginning of black algae. Treated.
  4. Light was fixed
  5. Ryan will put together a report on needed work
  6. Filters- manifold and wheel replaced
    1. older filters-parts difficult to find
    2. 2-4 years redesign the pump room-new filters
    3. pool repair- tiles, plaster
    4. Pool heater- needs a cleaning($500)

  2. Reported that fence was broken and kids were on pool deck - its temporarily fixed - will need permanent fix
