* INTRO. Meeting’s Agenda

*  Pool Discussions - Issues last year: LGE was detected. No more Pine needles in the water for 2024.

*  Currently hiring a Pool Attendant. Questions from Homeowners – What is the legal requirement with our pool assistants? – No law is required. Swim at your own risk. Repair and Replace patio furniture. Agreed to use Water Watchers, our pool service, for 2024. Pool Passes hand out Date coming soon.

* Bulthus Consulting informs us of the IDOT widening of Rt 60/83. Contacting the police department to discuss options with our speeding issues in the neighborhood.

* Treasurer Report -

* 2 past due accounts

* Net Income $11.5K to reserves.

* Bank Balance as of 12/31/2023.

* Goals for communication within the community 2024 - social media, Email, Mail. Goole Meet / ZOOM for our Monthly HOA Meeting.
