Minutes
Meeting moved to online due to inclement weather.
Attendees: Wayne Bantner, Michael Goldburg, Sara Gutierrez, Elise Oppenheimer, Maxwell
Oppenheimer, Christen Parker
June minutes require amendment and will be sent with July minutes for approval.
President’s Report:
Four board members attended KSN’s HOA Bootcamp the board meeting attended. Feedback was
that it was a decent introduction for new board members and recommend for future new board
members to attend.
Pool Report:
No swimming safety incidents
Fire Inspection: – 4 violations – Ray has fixed one of them. – Still need a battery. – Needs a
lockout. – Fire department doesn’t like a one way to enter and leave. -Springler Systems either
fixing or getting rid of it. Also, fire chief believes the code calls for a second point of egress from
the pool through the fence. One way out fence add is ok. Will call a few fence companies.
Wayne and Max will review the sprinkler system for decommissioning
Mike completed power washing the entrance way
Removed the fridge and microwave due to non use and poor condition
Good daily attendance
Treasurer’s Report:
9 past due accounts. Additional reminder letters being sent out.
Motion carried to start a late payment rule document for legal review for non-payment escalation.
On budget for the year including reserve fund targets

Picnic Planning:
Volunteer sheets and flyers need to go out this week.
Michael and Elise working the signs
Elise has contracted DJ services. Same company as last year.
Elise will get resident signatures for the village permit application. Noted this application
triggers the fire truck scheduling.
Max and Wayne will inventory the pool house for goods.
Michael is contacting food vendors for 50 and Better Breakfast.
Christen will contact the Johns about hosting the ball game. Clarify if it is softball or wiffle ball
this year.
Check in table should be <1hr shifts.
More activities per the check sheets.
