THOA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Location: Brian Heath’s Residence

Present: Erik, Don, Brian, Colleen, Sarah, Kristin
● Minutes from THOA Board Meeting on November 5th 2018 are posted on THOA web site. Minutes were approved by the board and posted to the website.
● Committee Reports: prepared, reviewed and approved for the annual meeting.
● THOA March 4th 2019 Annual Meeting:
o Election of Board Members: 2 positions to be filled –
Don Graves & Brian Heath
o Block Captains: Fill opened spots
o THOA Dues:
The board voted to raise the annual dues $50, to $325 for 2019.
The last increase in dues was $25.00 in 2014
THOA’s dues are still among the lowest association fees when compared to other assocaitions in the local area without a pool
The increase is necessary to keep up with the increasing costs in operations and maintance on the THOA’s aging pool systems
No longer have reserve funds for major repairs.
