What I saw there left a profound impact on me.I was struck by the affordability that prices were a third of those in Japan. I thought, “Someday, I want to create stores like those in America. I want to build a company that enhances everyday living and brings joy to people’s lives. This initial impression and determination became the foundation of NITORI Group’s mission and vision.

Introduction of eco-car electric vehicle charging equipment
We convert the our working vehicleto eco-friendly ones which have a low environmental impact. In 2015, we leased 10 electric vehicles to move between stores and transport products. It can also be used as a power storage function while encountering disaster. Furthermore, we introduced electric vehicle charging equipment at the Aso, Toyonaka, and Ginowan store. In 2015, we introduced 554 ordinary chargers at 204 stores nationwide in order to expand regional and customer service in anticipation of the spread of EV / PHV vehicles in the future.
