The application "SFP Selling from phone" is designed to create your own store. The main advantage for its owner is that it does not require external resources. It is located on your personal phone. For it to work, you don’t need websites, servers, domains, marketplaces, etc. Therefore, you do not need to constantly pay for all sorts of tariffs, packages, commissions for clicks, purchases, and so on. It is enough that your phone and application are turned on.
It is especially convenient for buyers that they do not need to go to any websites or download additional
applications. To purchase your products, just follow the link to open your store page in Telegram.
The application has three software blocks: product management, order management and Telegram bot management (the store itself).
1. The product management block has a database for storing product information and editing tools for reservation and restoration.
2. The control unit for incoming orders has a base for storing them with the possibility of backup and restoration. Has means of sending messages to customers about the status of orders.
3. SFP has two screens for working with goods, two with orders, an application settings window and a translations window.
4. The interface in the application and dialogues for working with store customers have been translated into 9 languages:
English (en), German (de), Spanish (es), French (fr), Russian (ru), Chinese (zh), Portuguese (pt), Hindi (hi), Ukrain (uk).
In addition, there are tools for setting up work with customers in any language.
5. The third software block manages the store based on the Telegram bot the store has a list of product categories, list of goods, means of viewing brief and detailed information about products, a basket with editing tools, the ability to set discounts on products, ability to display product availability, the ability to generate delivery data, the ability to send customers payment details and notifications about the status of orders
