Processing an incoming order

The order window has two parts:

The first is the text of the order.

The second is for messages to the customer.

Buttons:

1. The "message" button is intended to send a message to the customer.

For example:

"The order does not indicate the name of the recipient. Please write."

The response from the customer will come to you via Telegram.


2. The “send details” button is intended to send the customer a message with payment details of the following content:


"Good afternoon! According to your order. Everything is in stock. Payment details: (1)

card XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX John Good (2)

Sum: 30000.0 USD. (3)

Order No. 12906.

Please indicate your order number in the payment details.

Send a screenshot of the payment receipt.

Use the button." (4)


Three parts of this text are recorded in the settings and can be changed. The first part (1) in the translation settings, the second (2) is the payment details in the settings, the third (3) is the amount and number taken in the order text, the fourth (4) is located in the translation settings.
