SFP all about - Quick start

Starting a store is very easy.

Create a bot in Telegram - this will be your store page. Open Telegram.

Paste the link https://telegram.me/BotFather into the search bar.

Find the chat with a blue checkmark in the list.

Open it and type /start. Next, enter the /newbot command to create a new bot.

Indicate the name of your store - how it will be displayed in the contact lists of your customers. Then select an unoccupied system name that is as close as possible to the store name. It must be unique and end with bot. It will be the nickname after the @ sign. If the username is already taken, you will see a prompt: “Sorry, this username is already taken. Please try something different." Come up with something else.

After successful creation, you will receive a link and a token.

Save them. You will send a link to potential buyers and using the token, the application will manage your store.

2. Open the SFP app.

When you first turn it on, the app may ask for permission to access memory to work with images. Allow and restart the app.

Important! Check your device settings to see if the app has permission to work with media content (files and images). Are notifications allowed? If not, grant them.

Open the SFP application. On the order list page, сlick on the "settings" button.

3. The settings window will open. Enter the token received in Telegram

in the "Telegram bot token" field.

4. Create and enter your password. Make it a good length. You won't need to remember it. You can always watch it in the SFP application. With its help, you can appoint your Telegram as the owner of the application.

5. Enter payment details where buyers will pay you for goods.

6. Enter the currency designation of your store.

7. Click the "save" button to remember the settings made.

8. Launch your store using the "Star" button.

Make sure that a notification about the bot's operation appears on your phone.

The store management program is working.

Please note that when you restarted the application (turned it off and on again), the notification about the store did not disappear. The store will work all the time until it is turned off with the “Stop” button. Or until the phone turns off.

9. Now, using the link you received, go to your store page in your Telegram.

Click the "START" button (or type /start ).

10. Send a message with the text

1234Host Chat==

(where instead of 1234 is your password from the settings).

Now the application has remembered your Telegram as the owner, and you can send control commands to the application from your Telegram.

11. In the Menu, click the command "to open product catalog". You will see a standard picture of a store window. (You can later change it to your own.)

There will already be several test products in the store. You can play with them and try out the work of different store management commands. (Commands only work from the owner’s Telegram)

Try to buy something (better even from another Telegram). Send yourself, as a buyer, payment details, send yourself messages to practice your actions before working with real customers.

Change the test product information to your own in the app and enter new products. The store will work at full capacity. You can invite customers by sending a link to its page.

12. If your language is not one of the preinstalled ones, you can still set the dialog language of your store to your own.
