Final Reports

In order to continue providing the supplies, eggs, and permits for Trout in the Classroom, we are required to keep track of some crucial data. As participants in the program, it is a requirement to submit your Final Report at the end of every TIC season. These reports are essentially your permit to release these fish into the ponds and rivers and will be the determinant to get approved to receive eggs again the following year. Without this data, we are at risk of no longer receiving the grants needed to fund the program. So please make sure to take a look at the required information and keep track of the numbers as you go. Here is what to expect in the online Final Report:

• Number of students who participated 

• Date eggs were received 

• Number of eggs received 

• Date eggs hatched

• Number of eggs that hatched 

• TUs at hatch 

• Average temperature of your tank 

• Date of release 

• Release site 

• Water temperature at release site 

• Condition of fry at release
