Marconi Union - Weightless : This is a 10-hour loop of a song created specifically to address feelings of anxiety. Specifically, the song was commissioned for the purpose of reducing anxiety and the resulting research indicated a 65 percent reduction in participants' overall anxiety and a 35% reduction in their average physiological resting rates. For more information about the study, you can view this PDF from the British Academy of Sound Therapy. Though this is specifically designed for symptoms of anxiety, I think it is also great for stress management overall!
Breathing Techniques to Reduce Stress.
Amy Cuddy is a leading researcher on body language has a great 20 minute Ted Talk explaining how our nonverbal behavior, and specifically body poses, may impact us on a much deeper level. When feeling stressed try holding either a high power pose (or a low power pose) for at least 2 min and see how it affects you.
