Please join us for our wonderful information night on Wednesday 22nd of October 2025 at 6pm in the Pamphilon Hall.
We have lots of wonderful staff members at Eastwood Primary School and Deaf Facility to support the various needs of our students and inclusive programs. This includes our English as an Additional Language (EAL) support teachers and aides, Classroom Education Support Aides for our funded students, Teachers of the Deaf, Learning Intervention for Literacy and Numeracy and our Learning Specialists. These wonderful professionals work in and along side the class with individual students, small groups or specific classes on an as needs basis.
Our transition has resumed the traditional program and will be onsite over four sessions. We also have an extra session when needed for students who benefit from more time to settle into our routines.
Yes! For each child we receive a full transition statement. In line with Department guidelines, we also visit your child during their kindergarten sessions. This adds depth to our understanding of your child. We also communicate with your child's kindergarten teacher to create the best learning environment for your child next year.
