Proximity: Centered text, because it relates equally to all parts of the background image.

Alignment: Center aligned text in both directions, because it really is the most important thing in the image.

Color: Used orange as a bolder color than the original images. Used reduced fill opacity of the text as the concept.

Contrast: Light and dark values, color and white, plain smooth text and varied background texture.

Repetition: Repeated stripes and irregular shapes create texture.

Used an image of Tiger's Eye stone tiles. Added a color adjustment layer to add more orange. Used a brightness/ contrast adjustment layer to add more contrast and reduce the brightness. Added plain white text in Heebo from Google fonts and created a new style with a drop shadow. Reudced the fill opacity of the text. Moved, resized and, centered the text.
