I am adding this section as an extra because I find it so important to my leadership learning experience.

SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) is a peer-led professional development program that creates conversational communities to drive personal, organizational, and societal change toward greater equity and diversity.

There are a few SEED facilitators at Century and they run a 9-month training program for small groups of 5-8, where we meet once a month and discuss different topics around equity and diversity.

I completed my program in June of 2017. To the right, I have added articles I found important from the program.
