Reflection

Like the previous one I am lacking in the realm of teaching outside of the tech training's I run, I don't have a ton of experience creating assessments for courses. However the I have spent some time learning and implementing differentiated lesson plans into my courses. I have a lot of experience with various learning technologies, and I acquire, formulate, and sort through data that our educators use to make various informed decisions.
