Our Mission
ZeroWaste Project aims to promote the eating habit of zero food waste across the TNIS community and further to the regional and global community. Besides, we want to provide knowledge about healthy food choices, mindful eating, and nutrition for a healthier lifestyle and saving the environment.

ZeroWaste Project has become one of the member of K-12 Food Rescue with our leader Nghia Luu became one of the student leader of the organization. Also, our Project Leader appeared on one of the episode of the K-12 Food Rescue podcast to share the story of the ZeroWaste Project and the success we have brought to the community

How food waste is measured?
The kitchen department would measure the weight of the waste container.
Total kg of food = kg on scale - 7.5 kg (container)
Displaying data
After collecting data, we would print the chart and display it on the board in front of the cafeteria for students and school faculty to view
