Starting in May 2023 with just the founder, Nghia Luu, and a small idea, the ZeroWaste Project began as a simple effort to reduce food waste at TNIS. What started as a one-person initiative quickly grew as more volunteers joined, bringing new energy and ideas. Together, we launched programs that encourage students to build the habit of “zero food waste” meals, transforming a personal concern into a school-wide movement for sustainability.
