Experience

My most reputable experience I have gained is as an Extended Care Worker at Middle Tennessee Christian School. The job is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The job part of well-known Christian school. The company is Middle Tennesse Christian School Extended Care, and my job title was "Extended Care Staff". I held this job in the Spring of 2021. I gained a great deal of experience from this job.

Experiences:

• Communicating frequently with co-workers and superiors.

• Communicating frequently with parents of students. 

• Educating students.

• Supervising students to ensure their safety. 

• Organizing activities for students. 

• Establishing an effective and appropriate disciplinary process. 

• Managing children's educational intake.

• Monitoring children's behavior.

I learned various ways of communicating in this job experience and the importance of planning and organizing schedules. This job also provided me with opportunities to lead in an appropriate setting. My primary responsibilities were to tend to the students' needs, educate them, and ensure their safety. The aim of this job was to obtain experience in the working world, and I believe I achieved the goal through this opportunity.
