Career

I am a student at Crowley's Ridge College pursuing my BS in Business Administration. I graduated from Middle Tennesse Christian School, earning my High School Diploma in May 2021. My anticipated graduation date from Crowley's Ridge College is May of 2026. I am most intrigued by Project Management (outside of construction). This field of work is heavily related to my degree plan. Some courses I have taken at CRC that ensure my qualification include Business Communication, Business Ethics, and Principles of Management. In taking these courses, I have established some goals and interests in this field of work.

 Goals include:

• Building business relationships with clients, co-workers, and subordinates.

• Developing a team environment that is effective and efficient.

• Increasing overall company efficiency.

Interests include:

• Learning the process of finding the right individuals to incorporate as team members.

• Encouraging team members.

• Helping others as a project manager.

The core value of any company should be servitude. Being willing to serve will help the business grow while also making the world better. Workplace experience includes Youth Ministry Intern at Center Hill Church of Christ and Extended Care employee at Middle Tennessee Christian School. Both experiences led to me organizing group activities and jobs, while also being put in leadership positions to coordinate events and tasks. Ultimately, I am overjoyed that I have an opportunity to be in a position such as Project Management. I am eager to work in this field and ultimately be successful in the eyes of Christ and a business role.
