For this project, I collected and added samples of different media types and credited each one based on its licensing information. I used a mix of Creative Commons resources and media from sites like Pixabay, and I also created/edited some of my own content using Photo Grid.
This is my original image of my dog Bella.

Above is a sample audio file called "Relaxation Sound." I chose it because relaxing sounds helped me feel calm and grounded, especially when I'm stressed. They also help with focusing and sleep.
I downloaded the audio as an MP3 and tried to embed it into my ePortfolio, but it would not embed. Instead, I uploaded it and shared it as a link, then added the link to my ePortfolio so anyone with the link can click and listen. This audio is shared under the (Creative Commons) license name. That means you can share it adapt it as long as you give proper credit.

This is an embedded video of a motivational speech about discipline and consistency. The speaker explains that discipline is doing the things you don't feel like doing, even the things you hate but showing up and doing them anyway like you love it. The main point is that the distance between your dreams and your reality right now is discipline, basically motivation comes and goes but discipline is what actually closes the gap and get you to your goals.
I embedded this video from YouTube using the embedded feature and included credit to the original source following the TASL guideline.

This section taught me a lot, even though it was challenging at first period I ran into issues that were stressful and frustrating, but working through them helped me understand how to properly add different media types to my E portfolio. The biggest take away for me was learning how to use animated Gifs and embed links correctly. These skills will Be useful in future classes and professional projects.
