For my hardware highlight, I focused on my own computer. I learned about my processor, RAM, and storage, and how each component affects performance. Understanding my computer’s hardware helped me see why it runs certain programs smoothly and why system specs matter for multitasking, coursework, and data-related tasks.

About my computer
About my computer
CPU- is an AMD Ryzen Al 5 340 with Radeon 840M Graphics and it runs at 2.00 GHz
RAM- 16 GB
HARD DRIVE- 477 GB, and I currently have about 449 GB of available storage
I am running a 64-bit Windows operating system on an HP OmniBook X Flip Laptop. One thing that surprised me about my new computer is that it supports pen and touch input with 10 touch points, and even though it is different from my previous computer I enjoy all the benefits it has.
