BiblioBoard Open Access features interesting digital exhibits and collections from a wide range of partners and ensure global access to this content all with unlimited use and no restrictions.
Bahandian is the official Institutional Repository of CPU for the management, dissemination, and preservation of digital materials that represent the scholarly work of the academic community and its affiliates and their faculty members and students. Access is generally unrestricted, in compliance with the Open Archives Initiative (OAI) protocol for metadata harvesting, which makes such archives interoperable and cross-searchable. This repository is managed by the Henry Luce III Library of the University.

Project Gutenberg is an online library of over 60,000 free eBooks founded by Michael Hart in 1971. It was the first provider of free electronic books which can be downloaded or read online. Readers can find the world’s great literature here with focus on older works for which U.S. copyright has expired. Thousands of volunteers digitized and diligently proofread the eBooks, for enjoyment and education.
Filipinas Heritage Library was established in 1996. This library is a private library of the Ayala Foundation’s Arts and Culture Division. Their collection is focused on books and other materials authored by Filipinos or about the Philippines, with a focus on Philippine history and culture. They have an Online Library with digitized materials organized by subject.
Plaridel: A Philippine Journal of Communication, Media and Society was first published in 2004 as a national journal of communication and has been released on a regular bi-annual basis (every June and December) since. It has since evolved to a more inclusive regional focus and has recently begun publishing papers from other Asian countries. Papers published in Plaridel Journal include original research in different areas of media and communication studies in the Philippines and Asia. These can be qualitative or quantitative work in media effects, industry, political economy, subcultural practices, and journalism studies, among others.

Abstracts, research papers, and video footage are published under an IAFOR user license and are protected by copyright. Journals and other forms of print and digital media will be made available by IAFOR to the general public on an online, Open Access basis. By publishing their work with IAFOR, authors enter into an exclusive License Agreement, where they have copyright but license exclusive rights in their article to IAFOR as the publisher.
