Library Advisory Committee

Committee Chair:  Program Head/Dean 

Functions of the Library Committee:

1. Assist the Head Librarian on matters pertaining to collection development and use.

2. Provides a channel of communication between the librarian/library and the library users.

3. Serves as a liaison group between the librarian and the faculty in an advisory capacity.

4. Works towards the continuous development and improvement of the library resources and services.

Functions of the Student Council president/representative:

1. Present issues and concerns of students about the services of the library during library committee meetings.

2. Assist in the dissemination of library services and activities to students.

3. Facilitate and strengthen communication between the library and the general student body.
