Tiwi Community College Library is an academic library located in Tiwi, Albay, Philippines. This page is an extension of the library services of Tiwi Community College to our valued patrons.

The primary mission of Tiwi Community College Library is to support the teaching, research, learning, extension service & cultural endeavors of the school community. It is committed to provide accessible, cost effective and innovative information services and programs.

Objectives
The Library, in conjunction with other departments and staff within the school, work towards achieving the following aims and objectives:
1. To support the Tiwi Community College's curriculum by providing access to relevant resources for students and staff.
2. To make our library more physically and virtually welcoming.
3. To encourage all students to reach their full potential as independent learners and develop a positive attitude of lifelong learning.
4. To foster the enjoyment of reading as a recreational activity in all the members of the school.
5. To develop an awareness in students of the importance of books and other resources as a mean of recording and sharing human achievements.
6. To contribute to the development of positive personal attributes within each student.
