I am an early childhood educator currently completing my Bachelor's degree in Education at Texas Woman's University with a focus on Early Childhood - 3rd grade. My passion for teaching stems from my belief that the beginning years of school shape not only academic success, but can build a child's confidence, identity, and love of learning.

Background

I have over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. My experience involves working with young learners in both assistant and lead teaching roles where I have supported academic growth with a heavy focus on social-emotional development. I believe students learn best when they feel safe, connected, and valued, so I prioritize classroom community, positive behavior guidance, and maintaining relationships. My teaching philosophy centers on developmentally appropriate, hands on learning that support the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally.
