One of Thom Christopher's most memorable TV performances is his portrayal of crime lord Carlo Hesser (1990-1992 / 1996-1997 / 1998 / 2005 / 2008) on the ABC soap One Life To Live. For this performance, he won the 1992 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor. He also played Carlo Hesser's twin brother Mortimer Bern (1992-1993 / 1997), which gained him an Emmy nomination in 1993.
