4. Responsibilities
4.1 Logistical Coordination

- Optimize quantum travel routes for efficiency and security.
4.2 Tactical Mission Support
- Plan and coordinate supply chain support for Federation Navy and Marine Corps operations.

4.3 Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the construction, maintenance, and repair of Federation facilities, including spaceports, orbital stations, and jump-point beacons.

- Manage requests for infrastructure expansion in newly colonized or contested systems.
4.4 Crisis Response and Disaster Management

- Coordinate evacuation efforts and resource distribution during natural disasters or hostile incursions.
- Work alongside the Federation Advocacy Bureau (FAB) and Civilian Security Corps to restore stability.
5. Protocols
5.1 Operational Readiness
- All teams must conduct weekly training simulations to maintain proficiency in crisis scenarios and routine tasks.
- Keep all operational equipment and ships in a state of readiness, including regular maintenance checks.
- Submit bi-weekly readiness reports to Division Managers.
5.2 Communication Standards

- Any deviation from this SOP must be documented and justified with approval from the Chief Operations Officer.

8. Safety and Security
