SHEDU FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING
Official Fighting
Originating with Asian built cats, Official Shedu Fighting is more wrestling and performance rather than a bloody fight. (Nothing at all like the much gorier Street Fighting!)
Cats may have fighting tack, claw caps, and even a muzzle. The idea of the sport is to intimidate the rival into submission through physical wrestling and tough posturing by the cats. These fights are cat vs. cat only, though for practice a doll may be used. The best cats for this sport are bold, pushy, and brave - not aggressive.
Benefit:
Cancel the initial rolls for fatal and serious injuries in shedu fighting competitions. “Know your cat” section will give additional points in some of the official shedu fighting competitions including a Drive status*** (the same as can be earned through Agility KYC).
*** If a cat already has their Drive rolled, completing Official Fighting NYC will simply give cat additional bonus points in some fighting competitions.
Conditions:
Official fighting training should take place in some sort of the arena that fits the purpose. It is typically within an indoor arena though there are exceptions. Shedu fighting should not be taught in an open field without any fences or any other hints of proper training ground.
