AP Prep / Submission Guide

We've taken the time to split up the AP Guide's Preparation and Submission Stages into their own Individual Guide to help players understand the new REQUIREMENTS for AP Tracker's and how to Submit your AP!
AP CALCULATOR
IMPORTANT! MAKE YOUR OWN COPY OF THE CALCULATOR YOU WISH TO USE!
The doc has a “Reset” script. It is totally safe and harmless. Dismiss google warnings.
The chart however has no special sections for 3D or crafts. While we love that some people put in the effort to create our beloved Shedus in 3D (models, plushies etc) we will not be able to grant any bonus AP for said creations (apart from standard AP count) for the simple fact that we cannot judge the time, effort and materials on a level that is fair to everyone. We do not forbid you to submit pictures (1 per model) of your creations to our group but we would like you to realize that the only extra AP you may gain for them is a featured stamp if the group feels like your work should be rewarded.
AP TRACKER SET UP
Requirements :
All Counted AP Is clearly separated from that of which has already been counted.
Sheet / Doc / Journal / Log must be clean, and clearly be for the individual Shedu of whom is having their AP counted.
Sheet / Doc / Journal / Log must have images that have been sized down /up for a medium / small thumb nail
All Submissions MUST include a LINK to where the image or literature piece is stored/posted.
Submissions may NOT be KEPT in ST.ASH. Any arts on DA must be fully submitted to the DA website.
Admins have the right to REFUSE ANY AP submission and request that it be fixed / adjusted for our ease.
Shedu Fundamental Training : In order to claim the SFT AP bonuses, proof links are required to be added in your tracker to these images.
There are Two methods for this.
1. You have completed the whole set and submitted it to the SFT validation LOG, use that submission link as your "proof" link in your AP tracker with those images.
2. You have not completed the set/submitted them to the SFT LOG but want to submit the current arts completed for AP validation.
Use your cats LOG section (MISC or SHOW) to create an "SFT Progression" comment. Reply to this comment with each "Set" and link the images to each set comment. These may be used as "proof" links when submitting your cat for AP validations.

With Deviant Art Eclipse update we strongly recommend you to use other sites to create and keep your AP Trackers.
One of the most comfortable and reliable ways is to use GoogleDocs or GoogleSheets.

Be sure that all AP that has already been counted is CLEARLY separated or marked from those of which the Admin currently needs to count / approve of.
For those who are uncomfortable using Google, we have set up a clean way via the LOG System to set up for AP counting :

This System allows admins to comment to your AP count on individual Pieces to simply and easily correct your AP count PER image.
Be sure that all images are not only Visible but also LINKED as well, due to issues with DA Eclipse updates!
SUBMITTING AP CHECKS
Follow the instructions provided there.
Tips:
If you use google docs, make sure your permissions set correctly for the doc, so the admins can check it.
Check if the link to your cat`s ref works properly, otherwise the admin won't be able to apply freshly gained stat boosts to the cat.
Check if your literature entries have their summaries.
Make sure that all monthly tasks/show placements etc have their proof links in place, otherwise admin won't be able to confirm and count that bonus.
