Bright and obvious, the 4 dispensers are being trialed and serve The 4 Estates around the Johnstown Peoples park and the along Metges Road.
No bins are being provided since public bins should not contain toxic waste.

There are some 'dog waste' bins at parks and locations where people aren't expected to take them by car to dispose of. Local people should be able to take the used bags home with their dog.

If you see someone offending you would be protecting everyone's safety by reporting them. Send a photo, provide an address and they'll make a home visit to the offender who faces fines per offence.
