Piffle

Piffle (aka The Teacher) is a recurring side character in The HV and Dino-Weapon Show. She first appeared in Season 2 as the focus of a Human Fall Flat short. Since then, she has had a starring role in the Dino SMP as one of the main characters.

Trivia

She was the first female character on the show.
- She is also the first relative of an existing character on the show, followed over a year later by Kirbo.
She used the profile "brodito1207" in her first Minecraft videos, which was not her actual account.
- Dino later said that the account name was technically non-canon and "Piffle" is the correct name.
She has the ability to transform from a human into a cat, depending on whether she is playing Minecraft, as the cat form is exclusive to the game.
- This is after The Editor asked Piffle IRL who the Dino SMP S2 character was, and Piffle confirmed it was just cat Piffle as a human.
She is considered a Life elemental since she cares about nature and animals deeply, and will protect them from dangers of all kinds.
- Piffle also used to have the Space Element simply because her cat version wears a space suit.
  - This was removed as she hasn't been seen or reported using Space powers.
Piffle is one of the few non-main characters to appear on the channel banner.
- In the first iteration of the V3 banner, she didn't like the red sweater and the eyes, so the Editor fixed the banner to give her a pink sweater and eyes closer to the Minecraft skin.
Canonically, Piffle is a small white cat wearing a pink sweater.
- This version of Piffle debuted in her song.
  - Interestingly, this version of Piffle is a younger version, as she has a relative that looks very similar to this named Pifflet. This has caused some discrepancies within the show's creative team, but are still making it all work as Piffle's creator continues to build upon the lore of Piffle's world.
Originally, the cat that appeared in the Season 1 pilot episode was indeed Piffle, but this was clarified to not be her and instead just a random teacher cat.
Piffle's creator told us that Piffle was of the Magic Element, which makes more sense than her being Earth, so we changed it.
