Hey, guys. Dino here. Uh... I wanted to give you guys a message about the lore of the show. If you're a lore hunter like TheNullFinders, well good for you. You're in the right place. But you might be wondering what counts as canon? Here is what HV and I have determined as canon:
Live chat during streams and premieres
Videos (not including OOU comments such as "is the camera rolling")
The Official HV and Dino-Weapon Show Encyclopedia
Descriptions of videos
Select comments on our own videos (if you use a non-canon comment then we'll tell you)
Anything deemed canon on other official sources of the show (subreddit, Discord, etc.)
UXW 05 and UXW not being the same entity
There might be some I'm forgetting, but these are all what we consider canon. If it looks like a lot... well, it is. However, this should make your job[s] easier, or at the very least, be of some use to you. There is one major rule though: WE CAN SAY HOW WRONG A THEORY IS WHEN WE WANT TO. We cannot confirm many things, but we can deny certain theories if they go a bit too off the rails. Also, one last thing: the only times that videos can e non-canon is if either the title or description says so, or a character says so in the video, and quotes work the same way. For example, if Sans said Glue Bunny is best friends with the G-Man (from Half-Life in case you weren't aware) and said he was joking, then he really was joking. But honestly, who would believe Sans? He's kind of, well, you know... stupid and might lie. Anyways, that's all I can say without going into complex topics, so thanks for reading this. This is Dino-Weapon, signing out!
