In 2009 alone, there were 106 abortions not reported within 30 days as required by 10 GCA § 3218(c). The penalty is $10,000 to $100,000 per infraction. This means that the people of Guam are owed as much as 10.6 million dollars. (2010 and 2011 are still being researched)
