GENERAL HISTORY

Sydni was founded by a large religious group looking for a location to build a temple and have a monastery. They came to the mountainous regions of the continent to do so, believing that isolation will promote peace. As time went on, people began to move inward and a city was established. It grew largely because native peoples who were living in the region were attracted to the technologies and abundance of food and supplies that the settlers had. The city was named Sydni, and the previous village that hosted the temple and monastery was renamed Fyre Village. A new temple was built within the main city so that residents did not have to travel far to visit one since many of Sydni's inhabitants were still very religious.
